Can I order a gift online?
At Checkout, select “THIS ORDER IS A GIFT” to include a personal message and gift-wrapping service. To send a gift overseas, select the shipping destination at the bottom of the page before selecting your item(s). For security reasons, your first online order must be delivered to your credit card billing address.
Which payment methods do they accept?
They accept the following payment methods on their site:
Hong Kong SAR orders: International MasterCard, Visa, American Express, AlipayHK*, WeChat Pay HK*, JCB Cards, China UnionPay and Gift Card.
Mainland China orders: WeChat Pay (desktop view), Alipay, China UnionPay credit or debit cards from major banks, Pay on Delivery***, RMB-billed Visa & MasterCard and Gift Card.
