What is their return policy?

All items including earrings are free to return in the UK (with a prepaid label), no questions asked. All UK returns are free, with a prepaid label Free International Returns are only available for eligible orders paid with PayPal. All other international returns are the responsibility of the buyer. All items in your order, including earrings, can be returned for a refund (or exchange) unconditionally.

How soon can I receive my goods?

Delivery times only apply to in-stock products. All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed. Please note that UK public holidays will affect your estimated delivery date. How do I start a return?

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns require labels and documentation to be printed before mailing. International return postage is not included.
