What is the shipping policy?

• You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. For shipments within the continental United States, a flat shipping charge is determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.  

• There are no additional handling fees.They proudly ship to APO locations around the world.  An APO shipping option is provided in the checkout process. 

• Insurance is required for APO shipments.  The cost will be calculated automatically in the checkout process.($3.75 for 1st $100 of merchandise + 75 cents for each additional $100, or fraction) 

• For Non-Continental U.S. and Non-APO International orders, a quote for actual shipping charges will be provided for customer approval.

• Some products cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. or to International destinations.

What if I want to return or exchange the product?

• If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive it for exchange or refund. 

• Returns are not allowed on custom made items, but they will make every effort to correct any problems related to them.

• In circumstances where Lauterer bears no responsibility for return or exchange, Lauterer reserves the right to charge standard shipping rates to reship merchandise and/or a 10% restocking fee on any items returned.

• Please return the merchandise along with a note indicating reason for return and what adjustments are desired.  

• If convenient, include a copy of your packing slip.  Otherwise, include contact information along with order number, order date, and customer number, if known.

Why my order be declined?

• The Laurerer.com website does not handle your credit card information directly, nor does it determine if your credit card is valid or if sufficient funds are available.  

• USA ePay, a third-party, independent credit card processing firm provides this service securely and confidentially.

• Once you have entered your credit card information, the final step of  the on-line ordering process is pressing the "Place Your Order" button.  

• When pressed, your credit card transaction information is passed, via a secure tunnel, to our credit card processing company, USA ePay.  The USA ePay system interfaces directly with your bank or financial institution and seeks an approval to accept this transaction.  

• When USA ePay's process is complete, the result is passed back to our website, i.e., the transaction is approved or declined.  

• If the transaction is declined, USA ePAY passes a decline code number, from your financial institution, to Lauterer.com.  If the decline code is in our list of common decline codes, their web site will return the decline code description.
