Can I change my flight information after booking?

If you just want to change your flight without changing the dates of your hotel stay, then you can change your flight directly by contacting the airline after booking. Cancellation/modification fees will be charged according to airline policy. 

What is their return policy?

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the planned arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in cancellation. The cost is equivalent to one night's accommodation. Upon receipt of the guest's cancellation request (as per the cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank for the crediting process. Refunds will be made via the credit card used at the time of purchase. They are happy to prepay or receive a valid credit card number and credit card expiration date. They know that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel/reduce/amend your guaranteed reservation, please book 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a meeting/group (part or all) that does not show up or is cancelled/modified, a reservation fee will be charged within 30 days or less from the date of check-in.

Which flight can I book from the Lemon Tree Hotels website?

IndiGo flights can only be booked through this website. The cheapest flight is included in the package by default, and all other flights, including outbound flights and returns, are included in the customization page for customers to choose from. Bookings are made and confirmed on a 100% payment basis.

I received my flight confirmation but not the hotel confirmation, is it my booking?

The flight is confirmed with the reservation. The in-flight system automatically generates a ticket and sends it to the traveler's email ID used at the time of booking. The Lemon Tree Hotel reservations team will also generate and send a booking confirmation voucher to the traveler's email ID. A maximum of 3 rooms and/or 9 people can be booked in one transaction. Package reservations cannot be changed once the reservation is confirmed. You must cancel the earlier booking, pay any applicable cancellation fees and process the new booking.
