What if I want to change or cancel my order?

• Their team works hard to process orders quickly so that you don’t have to wait. However, this also means that although they will try their best to accommodate order modifications, they cannot guarantee them. 

• If you would like to change an order, email them with the subject line “Change Order.” They can change an order up until your glasses have arrived at the lab. 

• They can also cancel an order, but only if your glasses have not yet arrived at the lab. Once they arrive at the lab, they can no longer cancel and refund your order. 

Can I return a product that I'm not satisfied?

• Sorry. As the lenses are made custom to you and your prescription, all lenses are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded. 

• While they do not accept returns on the lenses, they do have a satisfaction guarantee on all lenses. 

• If you believe your lenses were made incorrectly, please see their Remake Policy below:

• If your lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription specifications provided to Lensabl, they will happily remake your lenses at no charge. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify them if anything is wrong.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• From the time that they receive your frames at their lab, lens production is about 4-7 business days on average. 

• All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. 

• If there are any imperfections at all, they may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. 

• Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

• Standard shipping (2-4 business days) is free in the US and done by USPS Priority. 

• Expedited shipping is $20 and is done by UPS overnight (1 business day).

Can I replace my lens for a new one and how?

• Yes. For lens replacement, their process is as follows: Once you place your order, they will email you a shipping label (or you can ask us to send you a box) to send your frames to their lab. 

• Once they receive your frames, the production of the lenses takes an average of 4-7 working days (assuming you have provided all the required Rx information). 

• They will then make new lenses and install them for you before sending them back.
