What is Lention Return Policy? 

Lention wants you to feel comfortable and satisfied when shopping at www.lention.com, that's why they offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition as long as you contact Lention within 30 days from the delivery date. Before returning items to Lention, please read and follow thier sincere instructions below. They'll appreciate your carefully reading on thier return policy and making sure that all criteria are met before mailing.

How to Cancel an order?

• Orders canceled within1 days of payment confirmed will be eligible for you to get a fast full refund. Please submit a help ticket from Support or email Lention at [email protected] if you decide to cancel the order.

• If you have notified Lention of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, your order can not be canceled any more. 

What is Lention Shipping Policy?

• Lention will ship the item in 3 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which Lention cannot fully control. The international delivery usually may take 5 to 30 post days via different shipping options (please check the following information for more details about the available shipping methods). 

• Lention have warehouses in US, European and East Asian. Normally, In Stock items which will be ready within 1-3 business days before shipment. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, Lention may picking items up at other city, which may need few more days. Once your order has been placed, a notification e-mal will be sent to inform you the estimated delivery time of your order. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to rush your order, please contact Lention within 48 hours. 

• Freight may differ according to the product weight and country to delivery, as well as the shipping method you choose. Add items to cart to estimate the delivery fee at cart page.

• Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry!
