What are the restrictions on promo codes?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes or special offers. Promotional codes are subject to change without notice. Promotional codes may be limited to specific styles and price points. How do I cancel an order?

Their orders are sent for immediate processing in order to provide the fastest delivery to their customers. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted.

Can I receive a price adjustment?

You certainly can! Price adjustments are limited to full priced items. Price adjustments must be requested within 14 days of your initial purchase and will be issued in the form of a store credit. Sale items do not qualify for price adjustments. Please contact customer service to have your purchase price adjusted.
