How many people do I need to get tickets for?

Each person with a ticket will receive photo challenges, trivia, and other activities for everyone to do together. They recommend purchasing for everyone on your team, including children over 5, so everyone can have an interactive role. If someone does not have their own device, you can have up to 4 characters on a single device. Their app will let you know when to pass the device to a particular character when it's their turn!

Can I bring kids?

Yes! Each activity is different, but they highly recommend their scavenger hunts for children. Within the hunt there is a "Youngster" character designed specifically for kids to have a great time. If a child does not have his or her own device, each device on the hunt can have up to 4 roles on it. When it is their turn you can pass it to them, so they can do their activity. They recommend getting tickets for anyone over the age of 6.

Can I drink alcohol during my activity?

Their activities do not include challenges that promote or require the consumption of alcoholic beverages, but as long as you are obeying the local laws, you can have drink when permitted. Use the pause feature to take a break and stop in a local bar or restaurant.

Are the outdoor scavenger hunts available during COVID-19?

Yes, all the outdoor activities are still available. Their hunts are entirely outside, so you can follow all social distancing guidelines to your level of comfort. 

Would this be fun for a date?

Yes! Work with your date to solve clues and learn about each other along the way. Their activities lead you through some of the most scenic parts of a city, past enticing pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops. What is an annual pass?

• The Annual Pass will allow players to have unlimited hunts for a year from the date of activation. This is accessible in any of their 400 plus locations worldwide. It would also allow the players to do In-Home activities.

• It does not always have to be the same people every time and it does not have to be the same number of people too.

• But the one who initially redeemed that voucher will need to be there every time.

I'm traveling internationally. Can I still play?

Yes! Players must have mobile data enabled on their smartphones to be assigned a role. Contact your mobile carrier for information on rates and coverage if you are traveling internationally.Their system supports phone numbers from all over the world.
