What is the nitty gritty of the return policy?

• Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe-box must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, body-suits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact, if this is removed we will not refund you for this item.

• Personalised Items are exempt from their Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! They cannot issue a refund if you made a mistake or if a player changes their allocated number after your purchase as this is outside of our control.
• Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund will be placed back onto a Gift Card.
• The Life Style Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with them.
• Your statutory rights to cancellation are detailed in their Terms & Conditions.

How long does standard delivery take?

• Delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is usually NEXT DAY if you place your order by 8pm. Some exceptions apply.

• Delivery for orders to mainland UK is usually within 2-3 days.
• Deliveries may take longer during Sale or Clearance promotion periods, including Black Friday events.

What do I do if I lost my return form?

• If you do not have your return form, check your Shipping Packet or your email for your Order Number. 

• Write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return. 

• If you would like some more help on this, mail them.  

What happens if I received the wrong items in my order?

• In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect for any reason- please get in touch via email with our Help Team here immediately. 

• Email is monitored 9:00-17.30 (GMT) Monday to Friday and is the quickest way to get a response. Alternatively, you can call their Customer Care team.

Can I get an exchange?

• You can absolutely exchange an online order exclusively in our Life Style Sports stores- stock dependent. Check where your local store is.

• At this time, they cannot offer exchanges on online orders through their Web Returns Service. 
• They can refund you your entire order as per their policy and you can place an alternative order for your preferred colour/size.
