What is their return policy?

• Their goal is to provide services that benefit all customers. They hope you are satisfied with every purchase. In some cases, you may need to return some items. Please read the return policy below, and they will do their best to help you.

• Items that can be returned / refunded or exchanged during the warranty period  comply with the following standards: Defective items that are damaged or soiled upon arrival. The size / color of the item received is incorrect.
• *Warranty:-1 year for faucets, lamps and lighting (excluding bulbs /led strip lights /decoration and night lights / outdoor lighting / indoor lighting / lighting accessories), and 30 days for other projects.
• *Return without reason within 7 days: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in a new state, they can arrange to refund the project price. You will be responsible for paying the return freight. Please submit the "return and exchange" bill within 7 days after receiving the order.

Note: items that can be returned / refunded within 7 days after receipt must meet the following criteria:

• All items are in original packaging and attached with labels.

• The item is in a new state: no perfume, unwashed, undressed, unused and unchanged.

What is their shipping policy?

• The "lamp in the box" com ships are all over the world, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and so on. They have hired trusted major international airlines to ensure that your package arrives at its destination safely.

• The following is the estimated delivery time of inventory items shipped from the warehouse. Inventory items may have different processing times, which will be listed online in the product description. The total order fulfillment time can be estimated accordingly.

• Transportation costs vary by item, destination address, and mode of transportation. You can see several freight options on the check-out page.

How to track my order status?

• After the order is shipped, they will send you a delivery confirmation email, including your tracking number. To view the status of the package, click the link, which will redirect you to the website of DHL or other shipping suppliers. This feature allows you to track packages using the tracking code provided in the email.

You can also track your order in "my order" through the following 3 steps:

• Sign in to your account and click your order.

• Find the relevant order in the order list, and then click the "track" button. Alternatively, you can open the order details page by clicking the order number or view details, and then click the tracking button next to the tracking number. Note: Currently, tracking is not always available for postal services - no tracking.

After clicking the track button:

• Most packages can be tracked through 17track, so a 17track pop-up window will appear to display tracking details.

• For other packages, you will be redirected to the shipping company's website. There, you can enter your tracking number and find out where your package is.
