What to do if my login and password are not working after signing up to Lightwave PLUS?
If you have an existing account on their website you may experience issues signing in. To prevent fraud, if somebody signs up who has an existing account their login and password will remain the same as previous (it will not change to the details entered when signing up for Lightwave PLUS). To reset your password please click forgot password on their store login page.
How do heating schedules work in the app?
The thermostat has a schedule which can be set in the app or on the unit itself too. Instead of a typical on/off like a rotary timer might have on the boiler itself, the thermostat will have a timer based on temperature. So in an 'off' period, it may still turn on to turn the temperature to 15C. This will result in the house never getting too cold, but not unnecessarily turning the boiler on at the same time to target a warm temperature.
What happens when I cancel my membership?
You will keep your Enhanced System Features and all of the benefits of your subscription until the end of the billing period. After this period you will lose these benefits. For example: If you signed up for a monthly membership on the 5th of January 2021, and cancel on the 6th of January 2021, your subscription will expire on the 5th of February 2021. The same principle applies to our annual membership. If you signed up on the 5th of January 2021, and cancel on the 6th of January 2021, your subscription will expire on the 5th of January 2022.
