What is their warranty policy?

Lily Hair wigs/top hats/extensions are made from 100% virgin human hair, they can all be dyed, highlighted, straightened, curled and treated at the hairdresser. However, for best results, Lily Hair recommends using a professional hairdresser who has experience with wigs. Lily Hair offers a 6 month warranty on any full human hair wig from the date of purchase. The Lily Hair warranty will cover net fatigue and excessive hair loss for the 6 month warranty. Lily Hair is not responsible for damages caused by customers or their hairdressers.

Do their products support returns?

They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you can return anything you buy from them (including custom products) for any reason. Unlike most hair product brands, they are so confident in the quality of the product that they allow you to unpack and inspect it thoroughly to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before deciding whether to keep your hair product. However, they do not accept returns or exchanges of any wigs, extensions, tops that are worn, used or damaged in any way. Also, if any hair styling or care products are placed on it, or if it has been styled or heat treated in any way, they will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Hair products must be kept in their original new condition.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any U.S. territory (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, or APO and FPO military addresses) will be shipped via USPS regular service only.
