What is their shipping policy?

• All qualified orders above $399 can be shipped free of charge.

Ground transportation policy:

• Retail orders below $399 must pay a minimum freight of $15.00 or the total amount of standard shipments. All orders are free to provide standard ground services to 48 adjacent states. Because their items are often shipped from multiple warehouses, they cannot use any other private or commercial shipping accounts that are not their own. They apologize for the inconvenience. The order may take 5-7 working days to arrive. 

• The expedited delivery option requires additional charges. Speeding up the transportation will only affect the transportation time, but will not affect the ship's transportation within the time. Goods destined for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico need customized transportation options, which do not meet the conditions of free transportation. 

Order processing time:

• If orders are received before 3:00 p.m., most orders will be issued on the same day (CST or EST depends on the customer's location).

• Please note: no delivery on holidays. You can deliver goods quickly by phone. Speeding up the transportation will only affect the transportation time, but will not affect the ship's transportation within the time. International shipping:

• Many of the products they transport can be used for international transportation, but they do not meet the conditions of free transportation. All international transportation costs must be calculated manually. 

What is their return policy?

• If you need to return the product, you can return it within 30 days after delivery.The product must be in a new unused state. Must be returned in unopened original packaging. Please note that customized goods and customized goods are not eligible for return for any reason.

• All returns must be arranged with their customer service department and assigned a return authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for returning the products to the correct warehouse in the new state and original packaging.

• Damaged or used items will be kept in their warehouse for a maximum of 30 working days unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer before disposal. After 30 working days, the items will be disposed of or donated.
