What is the return policy?

• Products purchased from Linksys.com may be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment (30 days for refurbished Linksys products). 

• These products must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. 

• Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be returned for refund. 

• To return a product, please complete the Return for Refund process.

What to do if I received a defective item?

• Linksys warrants to the original purchaser of a Linksys product that their products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship per the terms of the warranty that came with the product. 

• To receive a replacement, you must first give them some information about your product.

When will I receive my refund?

• The refund will be credited to your original purchase of the returned item by your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges. 

• Refunds are typically reflected in your credit card account within four weeks of receipt of your product return from Linksys, or software downloads after Linksys receives your refund request.

What is the shipping policy for returns?

• It is your responsibility to properly package, label and ship the product to Linksys at your own expense. 

• They strongly recommend using a reputable shipping company that will provide a tracking number and will ensure the package. 

• Linksys must receive your return product at the address shown in the return instructions within 14 calendar days after the RMA number is issued. 

• If the product arrives in the warehouse after 14 calendar days, no credit will be opened and the product will be refunded to you at your expense.

How to start a return?

• Linksys account holders can initiate the return process from the Orders tab in My Account. 

• A link next to your product will guide you to the return process.  

• If your item is eligible for return, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email, usually within two business days, after placing your request.

• If you ordered your item using their Guest Checkout, please contact them to initiate your return.
