No, they don’t offer free shipping.Because all of their products are made to order, you can expect your order to be made and shipped around 2 weeks.

• 40HKD/5USD flat rate shipping on all orders within Hong Kong, China and Macau, no matter how many items you are purchasing.

• 100HKD/13USD flat rate shipping on all orders within the rest of Asia.

• 180HKD/23USD flat rate shipping for the rest of the world

Shipping Time

• All deliveries within China, Hong Kong & Macau normally takes up to 4 days. 

• Countries outside of China, Hong Kong & Macau normally takes up to 8-10 days.

What should I do if the product I receive is defective?

• Should you receive a product that is faulty, please notify them within 3 days of receipt and include a photo of defect to [email protected] so that they can arrange a refund or exchange.
