What is the shipping policy of Lootcrate ?

If your order is already in the process of shipping, they cannot make any adjustments to your shipping address. Delivery times vary by location, please allow up to 1-2 weeks from the last ship date for your delivery. For international shipments, please allow an extra 12-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the second scan for your package to clear customs. For replacement orders that have not yet been fulfilled, please contact their customer support. For international subscribers, your package should arrive within 12 - 14 business days from the day of the second scan on your tracking number (excluding holidays and weekends) and may only update as far as clearing customs in your country. 

What payment method do they accept ?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Amazon Pay (US Only). Their system does not accept pre-paid gift cards. Even though they can process them, this doesn't mean that the banks will allow the transactions to go through. Prepaid cards might run successfully on one-off transactions but are often declined on recurring transactions. 

How about the promotion code ?

A promo code can be entered in the "Discount Code" box after entering your Shipping and Billing & Payment information on Checkout. You will be shown the Summary with the discount amount if successfully applied before completing your check out.
