How do I determine the additional tax and duty fees?

• All other countries must refer back to their import threshold amounts and how much duties/taxes may apply.

• For your convenience you can also visit this duties and taxes calculator to estimate these additional costs relating to your purchase (if applicable).

• For example, as per the guide via the links above, USA customers have a high import threshold of $800 USD before taxes & duties are applicable to the order. If your order exceeds this amount, taxes and duties will be payable at the time of import into your country.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• All Honey Couture Sunglasses ship same day/next day.

• All Formal Gowns & Party Items please allow 1-10 days processing once the order has placed. After this time the shipping timeframe will begin.

• As they now run from 3 Warehouses some of their Bridal & Formal items ship direct from their Australian Warehouse or Overseas Factory & Fulfilment Centres, depending on the style and stock available at the time of ordering.

• If there is any delay on delivery due to these they are not responsible for these delays as delivery is the responsibility of the delivery agent/courier company.

What if I want to exchange for another size or style?

• Due to how busy they are they no longer process manual exchanges or hold stock. 

• If you need the same item in another size or colour please contact them and check the size is in stock.

• In order to exchange an item please please request a return, send the item back for a credit note and then place a new order for the size you need so you do not miss out on the item.

What to do for the faulty items?

• All items are inspected prior to shipment, however if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our Customer Happiness Team within 3 days of receipt of package so they can resolve this for you.

• Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

• If you believe your item has a major fault please email them at hello at onehoneyboutique.com and include photos and clear description of the problem and their management will review this for you.
