What is an instant refund?
You may choose to receive a temporary instant refund during the return and exchange process. It is very similar to an online gift card. Instant refund will equal the value of the item you returned and give you the flexibility to place a new order immediately instead of waiting for a credit card refund.
What happens if he doesn't use instant refund?
Once your returned item has been checked in and processed, they will discontinue instant refunds and refund any outstanding balance to your original payment method. If you do not use any instant refund, you will receive a full refund for these items.
What is the return policy?
