What is their return policy?
They hope you like your Loum purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, they provide a 30 day money back guarantee. There is no need to return the product to them.
To start the return process, please send an email [email protected] Within 30 days after your purchase, they will be happy to remit all the money you purchase to your account. If you want to return the goods within 30 days after the purchase date, you will receive store points.
If you want to send the product back to them, you need to pay the freight. Sorry, the freight is not refundable. When returning goods, you will be responsible for paying your own freight. They suggest that you return and exchange goods by FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post to protect your safety and ensure timely delivery.
If you ship more than $75, they suggest you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or buy transportation insurance. They cannot guarantee that they will receive your returned goods.

How can I make an exchange?
