What is Love2brew Return Policy? 

In love2brew, your satisfaction is your priority. If for any reason you feel the need to return the product, please feel free to contact us personally (toll-free) at 1.888.654.5511, or by emailing [email protected] to obtain a RMA(return authorization) number. All products can be returned within 30 days of their original purchase and must have their original invoice/receipt with loading. Love2brew will refund the purchase directly in the form of a refund or, if necessary, in the form of store credit. All refunds will be less than shipping costs. (if your order is a free shipping order, the shipping costs incurred by love2brew will be further reduced.) If you have a problem with items that cost less than $10, please contact us directly as both parties prefer to work on something more expensive than what they pay for with transportation costs.

What is the shipping policy of Love2brew?

• Free shipping is temporarily unavailable.

• They are committed to providing high quality products at competitive prices. Unfortunately, a global pandemic has forced the majority of customers to switch from in-store purchases to online orders, making maintaining a free shipping policy unsustainable. Instead of raising their prices to offset shipping costs, love2brew made the difficult decision to remain price competitive, resulting in a temporary suspension of free shipping. They will continuously re-evaluate this policy to help you.

• Free shipping is a bit of a way to say "thank you" for your business; they know they had to win it and are really grateful. Most items are eligible for free shipping; search for photos with specific items. Free shipping only applies to the continental United States. (Sorry, Alaska and Hawaii, they love you too, but we'll lose shipping this t-shirt for free!)

• Items that are not eligible for free shipping are often items that are too big/heavy and too cheap for shipping to ever lose money. They love their customers. Part of that love is building a sustainable and reliable business model.

How do I change the quantity of my order or cancel an item?

Click on the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right of the site to view your order. Then click on the "Change Quantity / Cancel Order" link to search for and edit the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, the order can no longer be changed.
