What should I do if I miss my package?

• After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 21 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to them in Singapore. 

• But they'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

• Take note: Return fees and additional redelivery fees will apply.

• If you've changed your mind and would like to return your order for Store Credit, the return fees will be deducted from the Store Credit before it is issued to your account.
