What is your Cancellation Policy?

• Month-to-Month Subscriptions. Monthly auto renewing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Simply shoot them an email at [email protected] and their team of support agents will take care of the cancellation immediately. If you've already been billed for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

• Multi-Month Subscriptions. You can opt out of the auto renewal at any time during the duration of your  multi-month subscription, by emailing them at [email protected]. You will receive any remaining boxes in the current term however, you will not be billed again. (i.e. If you cancel 2 months into your 6 month subscription, you will receive the remaining 4 boxes and will not be billed again.) Once your subscription renews, all sales are final and any cancellation requests will take effect in the next billing cycle.

• Gift Subscriptions cannot be canceled and are non refundable. You must purchase a gift specific subscription in order to avoid the auto renewal. All sales are final and they do not accept returns on any boxes that have shipped.

Can I Track my Lucky Tackle Box?

Yes! You'll receive your tracking information by the 8th each month via email. You can also find a link to your tracking number in your account under the order.

Where is my Lucky Tackle Box?

• Your tracking information can be found right in your account under Orders and Tracking Info — you'll also receive an email with your tracking details when the box ships by the 8th of each month.

• A few things to consider:

• Your tracking may not update in real time as your box travels to you. It's completely normal to see up to 5 business days between scans.

• Their boxes must be shipped ground to comply with shipping regulations. If you're on the West Coast it may take up to 10 business days for delivery. If you live outside of the contiguous US, it may take up to three weeks.
