What's your shipping transit times?

• LuckyVitamin processes orders 5 days a week. They will ship all of your orders using either FedEx or USPS with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. 

• Standard delivery time is 1-4 business days for most continental US destinations. 

• Please note: In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) and could use different carriers for each shipment.

• For faster processing and delivery you can select expedited 1, 2, or 3 day shipping at checkout for an additional fee. 

• Expedited orders placed after 1 PM (EST) may not process until the next business day. 

• Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on national holidays.

What's the duties, taxes and fees for shipping my merchandise?

How to make a return?

• Circle the products you are returning on the enclosed packing slip.

• Please indicate the quantity you are returning of each item and reason for return.

• Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.
