What is their shipping policy?

• For orders damaged during transportation - please check the "return and exchange" on this website. Or email to [email protected].

• Generally, the order is delivered by USPS mail or ups and should arrive according to the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier. Please note that once the order leaves their factory, the carrier shall be responsible for any unexpected delay in the arrival of your order. However, they will do their best to receive your order as soon as possible.

• They will not consolidate multiple orders or add placed orders. If you want to cancel the order, please contact their customer service expert at 1-888-678-0886 immediately within 24 hours after placing the order. Please note that they cannot cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is confirmed.

What is their return policy?

• Dissatisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, you can return / replace unused products within 30 days after delivery. Please contact them and they will issue RMA for reference on the returned box. All returns must have RMA on the packaging box and be in the original state (including all parts / packaging). They will contact you immediately after receiving and checking your tax return.

• If luxamption makes any mistake or the product is defective when it arrives, they will refund it in full. For any other reason, 35% of the original price of the product will be deducted from the refund. The return freight shall be borne by the customer. Additional freight may apply for international exchange.

Do they offer warranty?

They offer a six-month warranty. The warranty includes repair (replacement of any lost / damaged crystals and decorations) at no additional cost to you. The customer pays the freight to send the product back to them, and luxaddition is responsible for sending the product back to the customer. Please note that they only provide warranty under normal use. They will not provide any warranty service for cases of serious abuse.
