What is the shipping policy?

M. Emi offers free standard shipping and return on most US orders. They were shipped to Alaska and Hawaii on next-day airlines. What is the return policy?

Replacements and returns are free of charge for eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Eligible specials can only be redeemed by store points. Shoes must be returned in their original condition. Please note that their warehouse will photograph any defective returns, including manufacturing quality, scratches and other markings, and worn appearance.
