How to return my items? 

Easy! Follow the steps below:

• Simply fill out the return form and place it in your package. Call, email or chat Customer Care to obtain a prepaid FedEx label to return your package. 

• Please note that Manduka does not offer prepaid return labels for the PRO Extra Large Mat, the Bamboo Root Board or for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, APO & DPO addresses, and offshore US territories such as Puerto Rico.. 

• Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Drop the package off to the appropriate shipping provider and they will process your return within 7 days of receipt.

What is the shipping policy?

• Lyric Massagers are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will have separate tracking information. Lyric orders are only eligible for ground shipping, expedited 2 day shipping and overnight shipping are not available. 

• For any questions about your Lyric Massager, please contact Lyric directly here.If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to their Customer Care Team within 5 days ([email protected] or call 1-877-MANDUKA), so that they can open an investigation with FedEx to try to locate your order. Manduka is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

• Their warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Online orders placed with Home Delivery will be delivered Tuesday-Saturday. Online orders placed with expedited shipping will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Pacific Time) will not be processed until the following business day.

What can I learn about lifetime guarantee?

• Manduka guarantees the Manduka PRO™,  PROlite® and PRO Travel yoga mats to last the lifetime of the mat, if used and cared for properly. Since the PRO Extra Large is a multi-purpose mat, it is not included under the Lifetime Guarantee. The lifetime of the mat is approximately 10 years of regular use when loved and cared for. 

• Should a PRO™ mat wear out past its useful life from regular use under normal conditions, they will replace the product. Maximum one replacement per purchase. 

• Cosmetic wear or damage resulting from improper handling or care, post-purchase modifications, alterations, negligence, and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the Manduka Guarantee. 

• Also, please keep in mind all warranties and lifetime guarantees are voided if any products are purchased from unauthorized resellers on Amazon other than Manduka Yoga or Amazon.com. They are also unable to provide warranties for any items purchased through eBay.
