What is the return policy?

• Postage for returns and refunds must be paid in full by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

• All returns are processed by their warehouse on Tuesday and Friday each week. 

• Please add a note to your return requesting a refund or an exchange. If requesting an exchange, please ensure you give details of the new item you would like. 

• Items which are marked or smell will not be accepted for a refund.

• All items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving them to the Manners London address.

What about shipping method?

• All items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 working days of ordering and posted via 1st class delivery if in the UK.

• Express Shipping (UK) £11.00 :  Manners London now offers express shipping to UK addresses. Your order will be shipped on next day express with Royal Mail.

• For International Orders: All items will be sent together when the whole order, including pre ordered items, is ready. Unfortunately as a small business they are unable to offer International exchanges.

• Due to COVID pressures some international tracking is taking longer to update. Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information included to update.
