What is the return policy?

• Your MantelMount must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  

• If your return is due to having received a wrong or incomplete product, or your product was damaged upon receipt, or you have a warranty return MantelMount will pay the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. 

• Upon receipt and approval of a return request, you will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to return the item. Returned products must be shipped within fifteen (15) days after you receive your RA number.

What the warranty covers?

• MantelMount warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Warranty Period. The MantelMount Lifetime Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. 

• The Warranty Coverage Period starts on the original purchase date of the product and extends through the end of the Warranty Coverage Period described below. 

• They offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty for all TV mounts and accessories. This Lifetime Limited  Warranty covers all mechanical parts but excludes lifetime coverage for gas springs or electronic parts which are warrantied for five (5) years from the original purchase date.

What can I learn about cancellation policy?

• MantelMount strives to deliver exceptional customer service and in so doing, most orders are prepared for shipment within minutes of being placed. 

• As a result, all sales on their website are final. However, if you very recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, try contacting customer service at (800) 897-9755 or by clicking here, and they will do their best to accommodate your cancellation request. 

• However if your order is beyond their ability to cancel it, you may still receive a refund by following the Return Policy outlined on this page.

What is the shipping policy?

• They offer significantly discounted flat rate GROUND shipping (below their own cost) on all U.S. Domestic orders via FedEx or UPS and estimate delivery within 1-5 business days. Their products ship through one or more MantelMount authorized fulfillment warehouses. 

• You should receive your package within 2 - 7 calendar days of the order date depending on the shipping warehouse and destination location.
