Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, they cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number, and carrier information.
In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package.
How long does delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, if product stocks are available in the local warehouse, your orders will be sent out in 24 business hours, and shipping information will be updated in 72 business hours.
Otherwise, it may take 5 business days to dispatch your parcel from an overseas warehouse.
The shipping choices available from their Site's online store are estimates and do not guarantee the date of delivery.
Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends and holidays. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
What is the refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will email you a notification of receipt. They will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
After a mutual confirmation, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please Notice, if the goods delivery failed as incomplete shipping address(Especially local carrier needs detailed house info.), they would NOT offer refund for this.
So please check your information is correct and complete before checking out.
