What are the rules for coupons?
When the value of the discount coupon exceeds the order amount, the balance is invalid. Each coupon or corresponding coupon code can only be used once. Which applies to me, warranty or paid repair?
To claim warranty service, please register your device. By registering your device, you will receive a three-year warranty from STORZ & BICKEL for your VOLCANO CLASSIC, VOLCANO HYBRID, MIGHTY+, CRAFTY+ or PLENTY and a two-year warranty for your MIGHTY. If your device is out of the statutory warranty or warranty period, or has a defect outside of their warranty, you may choose to send the device in for repair. Make sure to register your device for this service as well. After the product is successfully registered, you can select the repair case and its cost applicable to your device under "Buy Repair" in your customer account.
Can I cancel?
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days and is effective from the date you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) owns or has taken possession of the product. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform them of your decision. In order to comply with the cancellation period, you only need to send a notice of exercising the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.
What are the consequences of cancellation?
If you cancel this contract, they will reimburse all money they received from you, including shipping (excluding extra charges for delivery methods other than the one you choose, the most reasonable standard delivery they offer) , at the latest within fourteen days from the date they receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. Unless expressly agreed with you otherwise, they will repay using the same payment method you used in the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.
