What is their shipping policy?

• No matter which transportation mode is selected, the processing time of all orders is 24-72 hours. All transportation time is calculated on working days (Monday to Friday). The pick-up day is counted as the 0th day. Please note that they do not process orders for weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue to be processed on the next working day. All orders are signed by adults.

• Restricted transportation: they are currently unable to ship to international and military addresses containing APO, FPO or DPO.

• Free shipping applies to all listed U.S. states; U.S. territory is excluded. This offer is only valid online. The minimum consumption requirement is $77: after any discounts and before any applicable taxes. Freight free can be selected for qualified orders during settlement. All orders require adult signature confirmation (legal requirement), which will incur a fee of $8.00 for their free shipping option.

What is their return policy?

• Please contact their customer service team here to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible, including order number, full name, address, telephone number and return reason. Please note that before returning the goods, we may ask you to send photos and / or videos of damaged or defective goods by email. 

• If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions to return the item to them. After receiving and processing the return, any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued.

• The items received show the manufacturer's appearance damage, consumable problems, death on arrival (DOA) and any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery!.
