What is their warranty policy like?

PAX Era Life offers a one-year limited warranty from the original purchaser's retail purchase date. PAX Labs warrants only that the PAX Era Life will be free from damage caused by the PAX Era Pod and defects in material and workmanship under normal use (in any case) for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase by PAX or an authorized PAX retailer from the original Purchaser ("Limited Warranty"). This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers. The warranty does not apply if you purchased through an unauthorized reseller or third-party reseller such as eBay or Craigslist.

What is the cancellation policy?

Once tracking information is generated, the submitted order cannot be cancelled. Typically, tracking information is generated within 24 hours of order submission. To cancel an order placed before tracking information was generated, please contact PAX Labs support via a support ticket as soon as possible.

What is their refund policy like?

PAX Labs will only accept returns and/or refunds for purchases made through the Site, and under no circumstances will PAX Labs accept returns and/or refunds for purchases made outside the Site, including purchases from authorized PAX Labs retailers. Products purchased through a PAX Labs authorized retailer must be returned and refunded through the place where the product was purchased. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement with PAX Labs within fourteen days of receipt of your purchase and to return any new unused merchandise purchased through the Site for a refund without giving any reason. To return in this way, you must notify them by contacting PAX Labs via a support ticket.
