What is the shipping policy of Masque ?
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday will be shipped out on the same day, orders place after 12 PM will ship out the following day. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern on Friday, or on the weekend, will be shipped out on the following Monday. Typically orders arrive within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days please contact uthem to verify the status of your order using the contact them page. Since the Covid pandemic no carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. All shipments from their website originate from the US. Orders being shipped from the US to Canada that are under CAD $150 will no longer be subject to duties. All shipments from their website originate from the US. Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.

Unopened items may be returned up to 28 days after the item was delivered. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and ensuring you can track the shipment in the case it does not arrive at their warehouse.
