Why is it cheaper to buy individual components than to buy their preconfigured models?
Components are non-refundable, only exchanges are allowed. Components that equate to a full mattress are still components. If you think you need a guaranteed refund on returns, buy one of their preconfigured models.
Do they offer free shipping?
First of all - there is no such thing as free shipping! In the end they checked that UPS was not offering packages for free. Other companies that offer free shipping just add to the cost of the product. How it works is that they charge the highest rate and charge everyone regardless of your distance from the supplier. This cost is then simply added to the price. They charge exactly the same fees as UPS, so the closer you are to them, the cheaper the shipping. So if you live in California, you pay a lot less than someone on the east coast.
What if I not satisfied with my order?
Return within 60 days for a full refund, less all shipping charges applicable only to full mattress purchases. Latex covers, pillows and cores purchased separately are not refundable! Only the top cover and core are allowed to be exchanged for hardness, you only pay for shipping. Must be within 60 days of receipt.
What is the warranty certificate like?
