How much does shipping cost?
They offer free shipping above $18.00 on all domestic orders with the Continental U.S.

All orders below $18.00 have a shipping charge of $2.99.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maxus Nails is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from them which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact them at [email protected] with your name and order number, and they will look into it for you.
What is the return policy?
All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. Any returns will incur $2.99 restocking fee per item.
Merchndise purchased online may be returned for a refund of the original form of payment up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Naturally, they cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at www.maxusnails.com. Items that are disposable, such as nail files are not eligible for returns.
Unfortunately, they cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS domestically and FedEx internationally.
Please note that due to a high volume of orders that the post office has been experiencing there have been delivery delays that are outside of their control.
