Do you offer gift packaging and/or gift card services?

• Each gift item can be customized with their exclusive detailing. Gifts can be packaged in premium gifting paper which they will adorn with their classic hand-tied red ribbon. They will include a gift card featuring your own personalized message.

• You will have the opportunity to create your personal message for the gift card prior to adding an item to your shopping cart.

How can I make changes to my order?

• Once your personalized order is submitted, it is immediately sent to production so that they may offer you expedited service. 

• Therefore, cancellations or changes to personalized orders are not permitted. If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, they'll gladly offer you a special discount.

Can you ship directly to a recipient?

Yes, after entering your Customer Information you will have the opportunity to enter your recipient name and address information.

How do I search for specific gift?

• Let's say for instance that you are interested in Silver Picture Frames.

• In the Keyword Search box you would type "Picture Frame" to see all the items with the keywords picture and frame or you could type "silver picture frame" to see only their picture frames that are silver.Keywords are not case sensitive. You can type PEN, pen or Pen and you will get the same results.

Can my company logo be engraved?

• Yes, the largest percentage of their gifts and award items can be decorated with your company or club/organization logo. Their most advantageous offer at memorable gifts is that they do not charge for engraving your logo on the gifts whether you order one piece or a thousand pieces. 

• One time logo Set-Up Fee of $29.95 will apply to your first order only.
