My tracking number shows no information, what do I do?

If your tracking number has no information the package likely hasn't been scanned by the carrier.  Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If you are still finding no additional details after 24 hours, please contact them for further assistance.

Can I use multiple discounts for a purchase?

Only one promotion or discount can be used on a single purchase. They are unable to combine any promotions or discounts. Please note, discounts and promotions cannot be added retroactively to existing orders. If the savings are automatically deducted at checkout, you will not be able to use any other discount code or coupon. You may still use financing through Affirm at the discounted price.

What if I do not have the original shipping carton?

If you do not have the original packaging, they can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $15 USD for Air and $10 USD for Air Mini. This charge will be deducted from your refund. If you are interested in this service please contact their Customer Support team.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

When they receive the device at their warehouse, they will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the device undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, they will process your refund and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase.  It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.

How to qualify for a refund?

• A return authorization must be requested from their customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service.

• You must ship the Product from a location inside the country where the Product was originally purchased from Molekule or an authorized Molekule reseller.

• You must return the product to Molekule in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

• The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
