What is the return policy?

• Returns for unopened/unused items: They only accept the return of unopened and unused items that are returned within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information. Items that were purchased in bulk are not eligible to be returned.

• Returns for opened/used items: They only accept the return of opened or used items that are returned within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information. 

How about the replacement orders?

• Any defective, damaged and incorrect products received. Please reach out to them within 30 days of delivery.

• The Meridian Trimmer comes with a standard 1-year warranty for any manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. 

• If you purchased the Extended Protection Plan in a prior order, the coverage will be effective upon expiry of the standard 1-year warranty. They can replace the item(s) placed under this coverage if they are found to be defective or damaged. 

How can I redeem or pay with a gift card?

• Log in to your Meridian account before checking out.

• Go to the Settings section of the Account System to view your credit balance.

• Use the Add Credit button to add the value of your gift card to your account balance. You must use this button to redeem your gift card.

• Proceed to the checkout page and check the Use Credit Balance box above the payment method section.

• Proceed to payment and complete checkout after checking this box.
