What is the return/exchange policy?
All returns must be made within 45 days of the date of shipment. They carefully inspect the order before shipping; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify them of any damage. They will arrange for a timely replacement. If you are not satisfied with any non-personalized item, you may return the purchase for a refund of the value of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. They do not accept returns of personalized merchandise except for defects in material or workmanship.
How do they deliver?
They use USPS as their primary delivery agent. In most cases, orders shipped from their distribution center will arrive in approximately 6-9 business days. They process all non-personalized in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order. For orders with personalized items, an additional 2 business days is required. Please use a street address whenever possible; PO Box deliveries may be delayed.
How to return it?
To return an item, fill out all applicable information on the back of the packing slip and send it to them with the item. A return shipping label is provided on the packing slip. Use your favorite shipping company. Write down your tracking number and they will refund your order within 10 days of receiving it with $7 off shipping.
Do they offer shipping deals?
They offer free shipping on select items! Look for the "Free Shipping on Items" logo on all eligible items to save money. Shipping discounts will be automatically deducted at checkout. Free shipping offers are limited to Economy Shipping and apply to eligible items before taxes, fees, and discounts. Certain oversized items may include additional surcharges as indicated on the applicable product page. Offer does not apply to international orders. Additional charges may apply when multiple shipping addresses are selected.
