What is their return policy?

• When you first order mineral hygienics, the starter kit comes with a 45 day money back guarantee. They believe that they have the best cosmetics. Salons and makeup artists around the world prefer their mineral cosmetics to other manufacturers. 
• They are very confident in their minerals and they are willing to let you try them for free. If you are not completely satisfied with the result, just return it to get a full refund of the purchase price (reduce freight and handling charges).

What is their exchange policy?

• This is the first choice for most customers. They know that sometimes it is difficult to find the perfect tone if they do not actually try the product. If it is not what you want, you can replace any product within 45 days after purchase. They will even pay the shipping fee to return it to you! International orders will be charged us $3.45 freight.

• Exchange: you do not need RMA, but the items need to be purchased within 45 days. Send the items you want to exchange back to them. Include your full name, address, telephone and email address, and attach a quick note stating what you want to exchange your old items.

• If you want to exchange starter kits, please send only the items you want to exchange. Only the same product category can be exchanged. For example: different colors. Do not send brushes as they are not replaceable.

How long will I receive my items?

• USPS is attached in the United States: if you choose to attach a package with USPS, you cannot track it. When the package is shipped, they will provide you with a shipping confirmation number. It has limited information and does not display daily tracking.

• First class packages usually arrive within 7-8 days. Priority packages usually arrive within 2-3 days, but take 7-8 days.

• Ship with UPS or Fedex: if you ship with UPS or FedEx, you can use the number provided to track your package. When tracking, you should be able to see the location of the package every day.

• The transit time depends on the service level you select at checkout.
