Does Philosophy offer international shipping?
What are the requirements for returns?
Products returned must be ordered directly from philosophy.com.
Items marked final sale may not be returned.
If your order contains a gift with purchase, promotional or free item, it must also be returned to receive a refund.
They are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of their retail partners. all items purchased through their retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase. any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Philosophy is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Purchases from philosophy are subject to the terms of use, Purchase policies and privacy policy which can be found on the philosophy home page.
How to ship back my returns?
Use this pre-paid return service label to ship your return merchandise and pay no up-front postage fees.
This trouble-free return option has a service fee of $5.95 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed.
Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded; please refer to their return policy.
Please be sure to keep a copy of the label or write-down the tracking number underneath the barcode so you can track its delivery back to their distribution center, where it will be processed for a return/refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once they receive your merchandise it will be inspected per your reason for return.
If your return is accepted, your account will be credited less any original shipping and handling or return fees and / or return shipping charges.
Please note that items returned outside of their return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned.
In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
