Once you’ve found what you are looking for, They redirect you to the relevant online travel agency or airline to complete your booking. This means your booking is with them, not with momondo. Once redirected, you will be able to see the different payment types accepted. They recommend contacting the supplier directly if you have questions about how to pay. You should be able to find their contact details on their website.
How can I make changes, cancellations or refunds?
As a free global travel search site, momondo helps you plan your trip, but they don’t handle bookings, nor do they have access to your booking information. Once you’ve found what you are looking for, they redirect you to the relevant online travel agency or airline to complete your booking. This means your booking is with them, not with momondo. What is included in the prices displayed on momondo?
- They do their best to include all mandatory fees and surcharges (fees that cannot be deselected) in the prices we display. Sometimes the travel suppliers do not communicate with them all fees or there are technical issues creating inaccuracies in the prices displayed. Therefore, they advise you to always check the final price on the booking page.
- They display overviews of some non-mandatory fees and surcharges which the different providers (hotel, airline or car rental company) add to their prices. These overviews are shown together with the specific provider and them aim to display a list of fees for each provider shown on their site.
