What is the return policy?
The link will instruct you to complete the process and e-mail you a return shipping label. The return must be shipped back to them within 5 business days of receiving the return label or the return will not be accepted.
At the moment they aren't able to issue return labels to their customers outside of the US.
For in-store purchases, they are happy to take it back in-store for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
What is the refund policy?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and another email once it has been processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
What is the domestic shipping?
They offer ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Most of their orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 2-3 days in addition during promotions, holidays or other times where all U.S. business activities are impacted. Once your order is shipped, they estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date.
How about the international shipping?
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. If for any reason you do not accept the order at customs, you will be responsible for paying return fees.
