Can I have multiple billing addresses?

may not. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing.

How can I track my orders when you ship my products?

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing the order details. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can access your order and order status by logging in to your account and clicking "view" under the "order information" section.

Can I cancel my order at Monster Garden?

All orders are automatically processed on its secure merchant processor and sent for shipment after the order is placed. In the process, they will incur irreversible costs. Therefore, although they know that sometimes orders may need to be changed, they cannot do so for free.

What should I do if the product is damaged on arrival?

• If you suspect that the goods are damaged during transportation, please inform the driver or simply tell the driver that you reject the package because it is damaged. The transportation company is responsible for the damage during transportation, but they are happy to help speed up this matter and replace your items as soon as possible. 

• Unless they or the shipping company have the opportunity to physically verify the damaged items, they will not approve the replacement. Please do not hesitate to report the damaged items, because some shipping companies have strict time requirements, limiting their responsibilities.

If an item is returned to monster gardens as a defective item and it is determined that there is no problem with the product, you will bear any freight and handling charges arising therefrom.

If the order has been shipped, all return costs will be borne by the customer. The original freight is not refundable. After the order is shipped, the terms of the return policy will take effect. They reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any cancelled order.
