How can I track my orders when you ship my products?

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing the order details. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Can I cancel my order at Monster Garden?

All orders are automatically processed on its secure merchant processor and sent for shipment after the order is placed. In the process, they will incur irreversible costs. Therefore, although they know that sometimes orders may need to be changed, they cannot do so for free.

What should I do if the product is damaged on arrival?

• If you suspect that the goods are damaged during transportation, please inform the driver or simply tell the driver that you reject the package because it is damaged. The transportation company is responsible for the damage during transportation, but they are happy to help speed up this matter and replace your items as soon as possible.
