What is their Layaway plan?

Do they offer free return？

For refunds, arrange cores within 14 days of shipment. Cores need to be received in-house within 30 days of shipping. The core includes the transmission and torque converter. If the core is not received within 30 days of the ship date, the warranty is only available by paying the core fee.

What about the return shipping?

All cores have a $200 non-refundable shipping fee. All core return shipping is non-refundable after 30 days. Once the core is received, the warranty is activated. If the core deposit is paid, they will refund it. This usually takes 10 to 20 business days, but can take up to 30 days to process.
