How to make a retun at ECS Tuning?

• ECS tuning now offers an online return solution! To start, just log in to your ECS tuning account, click the "view order" button on the home page of my account, and then select the order you want to return. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact their customer service team for help!

• Please note that the refund will be processed according to the original payment method or in store credit card used on the order, depending on the type of return and any pre-existing arrangements with ECS tuning customer service representatives. If multiple payment forms are used, they will refund the value to the in store credit. Returns of non stock goods may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. 

• The original freight will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for refunding the freight. ECS tuning will not accept cod delivery. 

Can I make a return at ECS Tuning?

• ECS tuning will accept the return of unused products, which are usually stored within 1 year after the order is shipped. If the product is returned within 90 days after the original delivery date, you are eligible for a refund according to the original payment method used. Any return within the remaining return policy time limit will only meet the conditions of credit refund in ECs store. The customer is responsible for the return transportation costs and expenses. All new/unused products must be new and unused, and must be in the original packaging, including labels, manuals, hardware, etc. Restocking fees can be charged for any returned items that are not regularly stocked, or for any order returned after 90 days.

• The return of non stock goods requires a purchase fee of up to 15%.

What products does ECS Tuning not accept to return?

• Any domestic order returned to ECS tuning due to the recipient's refusal or inability to deliver will be charged a return processing fee, and will be treated as a return in accordance with their standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.

• Any international order rejected at the time of delivery will be discarded by the carrier, and the ordered products will be discarded by the carrier at that time. Customers will not be refunded because of the value of the order, and discarded products can no longer be retrieved.

What should I do if the price have some mistakes?

• Although ECS tuning strives to provide accurate product pricing and shipping information, pricing and printing errors may occur. In rare cases, ECS tuning cannot confirm the product and delivery pricing before placing an order. If there are pricing or printing errors in any products or services provided, ECS tuning reserves the right to cancel or reject the order at any time without notice.

• In most cases of pricing or printing errors, ECS tuning will contact you for further instructions, or cancel your order by email and phone. No matter the size of the order, there may be transportation price differences. If there are differences in transportation prices, ECS tuning may contact the buyer to provide modified transportation options.
