What is their shipping policy?
The quotation in the checkout process is only for the United States and selected Canadian destinations, and is in U.S. dollars. The quotation is based on the subtotal dollar value of your order.
They only provide ground transportation (through ups or U.S. Postal Service), because the air transportation cost of the materials we provide is very high, that is, in most cases, relatively heavy and bulky materials. Ground service rates for destinations in 48 states
For shipments destined for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and apo/fpo addresses, the following shipping amounts / rates (in U.S. dollars) will take effect on January 1st, 2018
How to make a return?
For all returns of damaged goods or other items, a return material authorization (RMA) is required. You can click here to start declaration.
Shortage and damage of goods. Please check your entire order immediately after receiving the order and record all missing or damaged items so that all discrepancies can be reported at the same time. Claims for shortage or damage of goods must be made within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Undamaged items need to be returned. If the buyer contacts them within 7 days after receiving the goods, the buyer can return the goods received to obtain credit or refund. Items must be returned with their original product packaging and placed in a larger, stronger, adequately packed box to ensure safe return. The customer is responsible for paying the freight of returning the goods to Montessori in a traceable manner.
- Returns (except for damaged goods) may require a 20% restocking fee at their discretion.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
- If the items are damaged during shipment, or the items you receive by other means are in a damaged state, you must notify Montessori n's within 7 days after receiving the order. Their customer service will negotiate with you to determine the best way to correct the problem.
- If they ask you to return the goods at your own expense and the goods are deemed to be defective, they will compensate you for the freight and the price you paid for the goods themselves.
