When will my order be shipped?

MunchPaks ships Monday through Friday. MunchPaks shipped via Standard Shipping are sent via DHL Ground and may take 2-8 business days to arrive. MunchPaks with Expedited Shipping are sent via DHL Expedited or US Postal Service Priority Mail, and it may take 1-4 days for your package to be delivered to US customers.

Can MunchPaks ship to Canada?

For Canadian residents, MunchPaks may take up to 10 business days to arrive after shipment. International shipments outside of Canada may take up to 15 business days or more to arrive after dispatch. Customers located in the US can opt for free shipping when subscribing or giving a gift.

How do returns and refunds work?

Snacks are non-refundable after purchase. No refunds will be given for any reason. All sales are final. In rare cases, they may issue points to future MunchPaks at their discretion. If you no longer wish to receive MunchPaks and your subscription is currently active, it is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to renewal.

How long does it take to start charging?

Once you sign up for a MunchPak, you will be billed first for the initial MunchPak and then each time you renew. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be billed monthly, a 3-month subscription will be billed every 3 months, and so on. When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you pay on the same day of each month.

I have not received the goods, is it lost?

If you haven't received your box, be sure to check your tracking number. If your tracking number shows delivered, they recommend checking with your neighbors or someone who may have a similar address to you in case it might have been sent there by mistake.
