What is Nguyen Coffee's shipping policy?
- Nguyen Coffee Supply ships nationwide in the U.S. They roast and ship weekly. They strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days, then it enters the hands of the carrier company. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be emailed tracking information to track the status of your order.
- If you type your address incorrectly, and they haven't shipped your product yet, please email [email protected] to get your address changed.
- If you type your address incorrectly, and they've already shipped your product, then you are responsible for retrieving this product or contacting the carrier system directly to re-route the package.
- If your package says delivered through the online tracking information, please thoroughly check your address, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier service directly to file a claim.
What is their Return policy?
All bags of coffee and Phin Kits are FINAL SALE. They only accept returns on non-coffee related products that are not included in bundles. Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of coffee being a consumable product, they do not accept returns on coffee. How to make a return?
- Send them an email at [email protected] and they'll send mailing instructions.
- Send the item(s) back in their unused, original packaging via a carrier of your choice (tracking number required).
- Send them your tracking number so they can keep track of its journey back to them. They cannot independently track them without advance notice.
- Once received by their fulfillment team, your return will be inspected.
- If approved for a refund, they will process your refund and notify you via email.
