Does MyUS offer shipping insurance and what does it cover?
Shipping insurance can be purchased for $2.99 per $100 of insured merchandise value. All shipments are automatically insured for the declared value of the item unless the member chooses not to insure. Insurance covers loss or damage to items in your shipment. Claims may be made for declared value plus international shipping if applicable. Insurance does not cover import duties and taxes, domestic shipping charges, or damage to the manufacturer's box/packaging.

MyUS provides international shoppers with a U.S. shipping address that you can use when placing orders with U.S. online stores. The store ships your purchases to MyUS, they ship it to you, and you save a lot on international shipping costs.
How do I apply for MyUS membership?
Apply for membership first. You will immediately receive a US address that you can use to shop in the US online store. How to estimate international shipping costs?
Before purchasing an item, you can estimate your shipping costs by asking the merchant about the weight and dimensions of the package they will ship to them. You can then enter that information into their shipping calculator.
How can a Business Member spend $500 to get an additional discount?
Business members who spend $500 or more on shipping, rush, convenience, and insurance will receive an additional 10% off. Purchase Assistant fees and shipping, sales tax, donations, duties, GST and VAT will not count towards your monthly shipping total.
Does MyUS charge for package storage?
Premium and Business members receive 30 days of free package storage. Packages stored beyond the free storage period will incur storage fees at the rates shown below. Storage fees continue to accrue until your package is shipped, dropped, or returned to the sender. When a package is shipped or dropped, you'll see a breakdown of storage charges on your invoice.
